Absenteeism

Ahoy friends. It's been a while. I've half-finished a new album. I'm really proud of the material I've completed so far, it's just that things were getting a bit intense. I found myself going down rabbit holes and losing perspective a bit. It's a hard thing to articulate, but I decided I needed to step back from it and take a little breather in order to return refreshed.

In the meantime, I've been keeping busy with my other project - Why We Run - the band I drum in. We've just put out a single which you can check out below. The clip uses a photographic technique called 'Camera Obscura' and there's over 2,000 stills in it. If you live in Sydney, come hang out at The Vanguard in Newtown, where we'll be doing a set tomorrow night...
